looks like bullsh*t, smells like bullsh*t, must be …

paul ryan liar liar by hip is everything

ryan: i didn’t vote for the defense cuts i voted for …

lyin’ like a lohan at a rehab hearing …

this isn’t the first time that lyin’ ryan has been called out for his bullshit when it comes to criticizing president obama for the very same defense cuts that he himself voted for in 2011 …

when confronted with his latest lies on “face the nation” with norah o’donnell, mr. ruin simply denied that he had ever voted for the cuts, saying to an seemingly incredulous and shocked norah o’donnell that he didn’t actually vote for the cuts that he’s on the record as having voted for …

O’DONNELL: Now you’re criticizing the President for those same defense cuts you’re voting for and called a victory.
RYAN: No, no,  I have to correct on you this, Norah. I voted for a mechanism that says the sequester will occur if we don’t cut $1.2 trillion in government. …
We can get into this nomenclature; I voted for the Budget Control Act. But the Obama Administration proposed $478 billion in defense cuts. We don’t agree with that, our budget rejected that, and then on top of that is another $500 billion in defense cuts in the sequester.
O’DONNELL: Right. A trillion dollars in defense spending, and you voted for it!
RYAN: No, Norah. I voted for the Budget Control Act.
O’DONNELL: That included defense spending!
RYAN: Norah, you’re mistaken.

ms. o’donnell was, in fact, not mistaken at all

the budget control act, as passed, included both the roughly $600 billion in “sequestration” cuts that will happen if there’s no compromise on the budget by december as well as the $487 billion of military-supported cuts that were already in place …
the fact that ayn ryan may have desperately wished that the bill hadn’t contained these defense cuts does not, and will not, get him off the hook for the bill that he and 201 of his fellow treasonous, obstructionist republicans had voted for …
as well, his statement after voting for the bill did not contain one single word of criticism about the impending defense cuts …
in fact, at the time, he was singing a completely different tune …

as o’donnell correctly pointed out, ryan had said that the bill “represents a victory for those committed to controlling government spending and growing our economy” and that “The agreement, while far from perfect, underscores the extent to which the new House majority has successfully changed Washington’s culture of spending.”

it’s an outright bloody lie for lyin’ ryan to assert that voting for the budget control act did not mean voting for defense cuts (probably figured hey, what’s one more lie in a seemingly endless stream of lies) …
remember folks, this bill was the result of the tea bagger repugs holding the country and the economy hostage so they could kill the obama-boehner “grand bargain” …
they forced this bill on obama and the country …
plain and freakin’ simple …
and now, to save face with the bagger base and their defense contractor benefactors, they refuse to keep their end of their own self-inflicted bargain …

it seems that mittens may not be the only republican candidate that appears to be suffering from onset dementia when it comes to “what they were for before they were against it” …

and these guys want the american public to just “trust them”? …
really?? …
unbelievable …
like the rest of the crap he and his partner have been spewing in their desperate and increasingly futile attempt to get the keys to the white house …
unbelievable …
